How To Make Bibimbap Sauce

Bibimbap is a classic Korean dish. The dish can be called as Korean's soul. Every food has it's own speciality. Unlike other dishes, bibimbap does not have exact ingredients.

 There is no consisting ingredients, as bibimbap consists of various vegetables and meat according to eater's preference. 

The rice and mixed vegetables or meat dish's main ingredient is it's sauce. There are 3 famous sauces that adds flavour or can be stated as the heart of Bibimbap. They make bibimbap taste incredibly good.

The type 1 is bibimbap with gochujang.

This is the classic OG sauce of bibimbap.


The ingredients you need are

1. 1/2 cup of Gochujang

2. 1/4 cup of sesame oil

3. 1/4 cup of sugar

4. 1/4 cup of water

5. 1/4 cup of sesame seeds

6. 4 teaspoon vinegar (any type of vinegar)

7. Garlic


Steps 

Mix everything together !


Type 2 is soybean paste. This is recommended for non spicy lovers. 

The ingredients you need are

1. 1/2 cup of soyabean paste

2. 1/4 cup of water

3. 1/4 cup of sesame oil

4. 1/2 tablespoon of honey

5. 2 tablespoon of sesame seeds

6. 1 tablespoon of miced garlic 

Steps

Just mix everything together in a bowl.


Type 3 can be stated as child friendly. As most of the kids do not like to eat spicy food. The best way to make them finish eating bibimbap is with this slightly sweet and non spicy sauce.

Ingredients you need are

1. 1/2 cup of soy sauce

2.4 teaspoon of sugar

3.4 teaspoon of sesame seeds.

4. 2 teaspoon of sesame oil

5. 1 teaspoon of miced garlic
