Kimchi Soondubu Jjigae Recipe ( Kimchi Soft-Tofu Recipe)

Soup is one of the dish that is usually served for sick people because it is easy to digest and boosts immune system(only certain soups). Mothers/ grandmothers love to cook soup for their children during monsoon and summer. Have you think why? 

Soups can reduce heat, boost immune system and ease digest system. Our mothers/grandmothers always want us to stay healthy so soup was their way to make us healthy.

Tofu is my favourite ingredient to cook. You can cook anything together with tofu. As soup is one of my favourite dish to cook, adding tofu in soup is like my most favourite thing on planet. 


Ingredients 

1.Kimchi ( Squeezed it well and get the juice then mince it)

2. Onion

3. Toufu

4.Gochujang

5. Chili flakes

6. Garlic 

Steps to cook

1. Add sesame oil or any vegetable oil in a pan and heat it up.

2. Add kimchi, minced onion and garlic. Wait until the garlic and onion are cooked. 

3. Then add 1/2 water, kimchi juice, chili flakes, gochujang and tofu 

4.  Lastly add salt.

That's it simple kimchi jjigae is ready to be served.
