Everyone wants to eat something new everyday which is kind of exhausting for the person who is in-charge of cooking at home. People usually get bored and refuse to eat when there is lot of veggies and if we cook the same dish repeatedly. If that one person who is in-charge of cooking, has studied culinary then there will be no issue. However, most of us who cooks at home did not study culinary so the only choice we have are watching Youtube video and reading recipe to gain our knowledge.
Meanwhile, cooking can also be happiness and therapy. I started to cook because it is a therapy for me. I cook anything I want. The kitchen, the songs and the smell of spices are truly a source of happiness for me. The kitchen, songs, sound of spices being cooked and the aroma of the food are just enough for me to make my day happy again.
Furthermore, when we are cooking we always want the family members to stay healthy so we add ingredients that are good for health. This article will be helpful for those who want their family members to stay healthy. I tried this recipe from Maangchi but I did add few more ingredients to make the soup more tastier.
Kids do not like plain soup eventhough if we say it is healthy, they will still refuse so adding ingredients that they love to eat will make them to enjoy the soup. The soup recipe that I'm sharing today is Tuna Kimchi Jjigae.It is a simple dish so I hope you try and benefit from it.
This soup can cure flu, cough, and even fever. It is the best soup in monsoon season.
1.Kimchi ( Squeezed it well and get the juice then mince it)
6. Chili flakes
7. Tuna (canned)
Steps to cook
1. Add sesame oil or any vegetable oil in a pan and heat it up.
2. Add kimchi, minced onion and garlic. Wait until the garlic and onion are cooked.
3. Then add 1/2 water, kimchi juice, chili flakes, gochujang, tofu and mushroom.
4. Add tuna after all the previous ingredients are well cooked. Stir well until everything is mixed well.
5. Lastly add salt.
That's it simple kimchi jjigae is ready to be served.
